    For children, teens, and young adults ages 6-24, we use culturally-responsive, evidence-based approaches to help individuals manage emotions, build coping skills, and heal from difficult experiences.

    Typically meet weekly in early treatment, then adjust frequency as progress is made

  • Family Therapy

    Family therapy provides a safe space for parents, caregivers, and children to work through challenges together. Goals may include improving communication, resolving conflicts, navigating life transitions, and fostering a supportive home environment.

    If your child was recommended for a crisis screening before returning to school or other daily activities, we can help.

  • Group Therapy

    Group sessions offer kids and teens the chance to connect with peers facing similar challenges, guided by a trained therapist. Research shows group therapy can be as effective as individual therapy, and often more engaging, by allowing children to:

  • Low-Cost Trauma Therapy

    To ensure that every child has access to healing, we offer reduced-fee and no-fee trauma therapy through our supervised training program.

    Provided by therapists and therapists-in-training trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

    Includes culturally adapted TF-CBT models for trauma-impacted:

    - Black youth and families

    - LGBTQIA+ teens and caregivers

    - Youth in foster care

    Sessions focus on emotional safety, resilience, and culturally responsive care

  • Bilingual Therapy Services

    We believe every family deserves access to mental health care in a language and cultural context that feels safe and understood. Our therapist, Henry Marcano, provides therapy in English and Spanish, offering support for families who have immigrated to the U.S. or are navigating acculturation stress, language barriers, and adjustment challenges.
